If you are a first-time visitor at Sample Chiropractic Clinic, you will need to give us some information about your background, medical history and the nature of your condition. This is so that we can provide the best possible treatment and care.

During your first consultation with our doctor, you will discuss any health-related issues and concerns. In order to pinpoint the problem, our doctor will ask you questions about your condition and perform a variety of targeted tests to determine which tissue are affected and to what extent.

You will also learn about possible treatment options. Regular treatment is essential to the recovery process.
